Pricing: How TalkTime works
Two simple pricing components:
One-time set up fee
- Covers persona creation, training, QA, and deployment
- Includes guardrails, prompt scripting, and full onboarding
- Choose default persona (“Nathan”) or custom branded version
Monthly TalkTime plan
- Works like a phone contract — you pay for usage
- Each shopper interaction deducts minutes from your monthly hours
- Example: 250 hrs/month = ~3,000 shopper sessions
- Usage is pooled across online, in-store, and social
- Real-time reporting and usage alerts included
If you exceed your plan:
- Option 1: Pause the service
- Option 2: Use Overage Hours (at fixed hourly rate)

Commission structure
As part of the reseller program:
20% of the setup fee (on first purchase order only)
10% of the first 3 months of Talk-Time revenue
Commissions are paid only on qualified leads (you must initiate or facilitate the opportunity)
Key commercial terms
As part of the reseller program:
Client agreements typically run for 12 months
There is a 90-day break clause:
Clients can cancel with written notice after 90 days from go-live, without financial penalty
Eyekandy retains all IP and syndication rights
You do not need to handle technical integration – Eyekandy does that
For new retailer syndication, client introductions may be required
