Please see the following AR file requirements:

Less than 20mb maximum file sizes (ideally less than 10mb to ensure fast loading)
.usdz file format for iOS AR deployment
.glb file format for Android AR deployment
Sum of all model textures should be less than 10MB.
Textures should always be to the power of 2, max size of 4096 x 4096
Scale needs to be 1:1 – 1 unit = 1 meter to ensure the model is placed in AR in true scale.
Axis need to be centred in world space
No plane shadows to be included

If the client cannot provide the files in the requested format described above, we are unable to offer file conversion service. Instead we offer AR model production at the agreed minimum sales price.
